Nachdem die Anzeichen bereits auf einen morgigen Verkaufsstart des iPhone 4 in der Farbe Weiß hindeuteten, hat Apple dies nun offiziell bestätigt. Per Pressemitteilung wurde bekannt gegeben, dass man das Modell ab morgen kaufen kann. Der empfohlene Verkaufspreis entspricht dem des schwarzen iPhone 4 und somit dürften beide Varianten zu gleichen Preisen verkauft werden.

Die Deutsche Telekom als auch o2 sollen bereits erste Geräte in den Läden haben. Aber auch im Apple Online Store wird man die neue Farbvariante kaufen können. Damit hat das Warten nun endlich ein Ende und die wenig rühmliche Einführung des weißen iPhone 4 nimmt nun doch noch einen positiven Ausgang.

White iPhone 4 models will be available from Apple’s online store (www.apple.com), at Apple’s retail stores, AT&T and Verizon Wireless stores and select Apple Authorized Resellers.

White iPhone 4 will be available for a suggested retail price of $199 (US) for the 16GB model and $299 (US) for the 32GB model with a new two year agreement through the Apple Store® (www.apple.com), at Apple’s retail stores, AT&T and Verizon Wireless stores and select Apple Authorized Resellers.
